1. MVP & Beta Contingencies

During this Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and Beta expansion phase, XiteAI operates on a "best-effort" availability standard. We are scaling rapidly and do not currently provide a financially backed Service Level Agreement (SLA) or a guaranteed 99.99% uptime.

2. Maintenance and Outages

• Unscheduled Maintenance: We may occasionally require dynamic downtime to upgrade compute nodes, address zero-day vulnerabilities, or transition API partners.
• No Liability: You agree that XiteAI is not liable for data access delays, missed academic deadlines, or unsubmitted work resulting from unscheduled system downtime or API degraded performance.
