1. Changing Landscapes

You acknowledge that feature toolsets, routing partners, and UX workflows are continuously evolving. Features advertised today may be heavily modified, gated behind different premium tiers, or deprecated entirely tomorrow based on telemetry feedback and testing. Bugs may happen, and platform stability is not guaranteed.

2. Waitlist Access

Securing a spot on the waitlist does not guarantee immediate platform inclusion. We admit users dynamically based on real-time server load mapping and infrastructure capacity.

3. Feedback Rights

By submitting bug reports, UX surveys, or feature requests, you grant XiteAI the unrestricted right to implement those ideas, mechanics, and workflows without obligation of royalty or formal attribution.
