- There are no physical goods to ship.
2. Requesting Support
Our support framework operates asynchronously via email.
- Billing & Account Support: Email support@xiteai.com. We target a 48-hour response window for foundational access issues.
- Bug Reports & Feature Requests: While deeply appreciated, bug submissions are triaged by our engineering team and do not guarantee personalized technical assistance or immediate patches.
3. Service Downtime
During periods of unscheduled maintenance, we provide operational updates on our Status page. Support response times may be temporarily delayed during platform-wide upgrades.
