Refund Policy

1. Digital Resource Allocation

XiteAI provisions significant, high-cost computational infrastructure (such as GPU routing and token generation) the moment a premium tier (Prime or Pro) is activated. Due to the immediate delivery of these digital goods, all subscription charges are fundamentally non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings dashboard.

  • Canceling ensures your payment method will not be charged at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • You will retain full access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are issued for partial-month usage or unused tokens.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Statutory exceptions apply based strictly on regional consumer protection laws (e.g., the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), provided you have not actively utilized the allocated AI token quotas during that withdrawal period.

4. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed by certified third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe). Refund processing for exceptional circumstances or billing errors may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.
