2. Acceptable Rhythms

While we advertise generous contextual limits, anomalous behavior will trigger instant defensive rate-limits. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Deploying automated scraping scripts.
• Multi-tab recursive token flooding.
• API abuse designed to artificially drain compute resources.

3. Account Actions

Severe "token stuffing" or automation attacks will result in an absolute IP and account ban without a refund. XiteAI reserves the right to dynamically calibrate operational limits per user tier based on global cluster load to ensure equitable access for genuine users.
