1. Complete Account Deletion

You maintain total sovereignty over your digital footprint. By navigating to Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account, you can permanently erase your account.

• Immediate Action: Your login identity, active sessions, and personal identifiers are wiped immediately from our active databases.
• Support & Billing Data: Support tickets and billing histories are retained in siloed databases for up to 7 years exclusively to comply with international tax and legal obligations.

2. Managing Chats and Files

• Chats: You can delete individual chats at any time. Once deleted, they are immediately stripped from your context window and queued for permanent purging.
• Files: Any documents uploaded for analysis can be deleted from your file interface. Upon deletion, they are destroyed from our temporary cloud storage.

3. Third-Party Propagation

Aggregated models processed securely by our zero-retention API partners (like Anthropic or OpenAI) do not retain your data downstream. Erasing your local XiteAI record ensures a complete digital wipe.
