XiteAI honors global intellectual property frameworks, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because users can upload files (PDFs, assignments, books) for analysis, we maintain a strict takedown mechanism to prevent rights infringement.

1. Submitting a Complaint

If you believe a user has uploaded and is actively distributing your copyrighted material through public sharing spaces on our platform, provide our Legal Desk (legal@xiteai.com) with:

  1. Proof of intellectual ownership.
  2. The specific URLs or identifiers of the infringing content on XiteAI.
  3. A formal declaration under penalty of perjury that the use is unauthorized.

2. Enforcement

Upon receiving a valid DMCA request, XiteAI will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material. We operate under a "three-strikes" recidivism policy for intellectual property abuse, which will result in permanent user bans.
