About XiteAI
Noida, India
Building the intelligence every computer will run on.
XiteAI is building XOS1, an AI-native operating system that brings voice, memory and action into the same conversation.
We want people to spend less of their lives operating a computer, and more on what they want to do.
Our mission
More time to think.
More room to create.
Make everyday computing simpler, so people can spend more time on their work, their ideas and their lives.

We are building technology
around the people who use it.
What we do
We build XOS1.
We are creating an AI-native operating system. Our goal is a computer people can talk to and work with directly.
Meet XOS1Good technology should be useful in everyday life.
That means making it understandable, being honest about its limits and taking care with the information people entrust to it.
Those standards guide what we build and how we work.
Our values
Speak openly.
Solve together.
Raise concerns early, use practical evidence and share the work with the people and support it needs.
Raise concerns early.
Report problems and mistakes before you have a complete explanation or solution. Good-faith reporting and disagreement must be safe, including when a concern is about leadership.
Test assumptions with evidence.
Use measurements, logs, documented limits and engineering judgement. State uncertainty and agree a time limit for investigation. Everyday constraints do not require mathematical proof.
Share responsibility and support.
Managers agree an owner, provide people and resources, and reprioritise other work. Reporting a problem does not make you responsible for solving it alone.

Report the problem first.
Raise risks, blockers and mistakes early. Report urgent safety, security, privacy, legal, customer or reliability concerns immediately, even if you do not know the cause or the solution. Say what you know, what remains uncertain and who may be affected. A complete report, proof or ranked list of alternatives is never a condition for raising the alarm. Escalate to another responsible leader if an urgent concern is not acknowledged. Develop options together after the issue is visible.
Use practical evidence. State uncertainty.
Question assumptions and test unfamiliar approaches, while respecting real limits. Measurements, logs, reproducible failures, provider documentation, hardware capacity and reasonable engineering judgement can establish a constraint. Mathematical or legal proof is not required for everyday engineering decisions, and no word, including impossible, is banned. Agree a time limit for investigation with the responsible lead. Describe the limits of the evidence and revisit conclusions when facts change. Alternatives must remain lawful and within authorised safety, privacy and security boundaries.
Ownership comes with support.
The person who reports a problem helps provide context; reporting does not automatically make them the sole recovery owner. The responsible manager must agree a named owner, bring in the right people, provide time and resources, and explicitly reprioritise other work. An owner coordinates progress and asks for help rather than carrying every task alone. A handover needs an accepting owner and a clear record of what remains. Raise an unsafe workload or missing support promptly.
Keep the work visible.
Give an honest account of progress, uncertainty, failures and customer impact. Do not hide a failing project behind a green status, obscure a defect, blame a vendor without evidence or conceal changes made to repair a mistake. Follow the approved change process; urgent containment uses the authorised incident process, with changes recorded promptly. Review incidents to understand decisions and system conditions, improve the process and prevent recurrence. Distinguish honest mistakes from deliberate misconduct.
Leaders make it safe to speak up.
The CEO and every manager must welcome good-faith reports, questions, disagreement and admissions of mistakes. Thank people for flagging an issue even when their proposed solution is weak or the concern later proves unfounded. No one may be humiliated, retaliated against or penalised for raising a concern in good faith, including a concern about leadership. Recognise early reporting publicly when appropriate without exposing confidential details or identifying a reporter without permission. Share the recovery burden, resolve resource and priority conflicts, and tell the reporter what happens next. Concerns about a manager may go directly to HR, another responsible leader or the published grievance contact.
Our working practices explain how we make decisions, hand over work and raise concerns.

Privacy and safeguards.
We publish our privacy, security and use policies. They explain how information is handled, how to make a request and where to report a problem.

From 2024 to today.
- 2024
The beginning
Work on XiteAI begins.
Our first project was the XiteAI Student Chat App. After 13 months of development, it was ultimately closed because we could no longer cover the server costs.
- June 2026
A new project
Work on XOS1 starts.
We begin developing an AI-native operating system, drawing on what we learned from our first product.
- 2026
Today
Building XOS1.
We are developing our AI-native operating system and building the company behind it.
