XiteAI Technologies (“XiteAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) holds all rights to the “XiteAI,” “SuperXite,” and related logos and brand assets. This Brand Identity guide governs the use of our brand assets for users engaging with our AI-driven platform, including our website XiteAI Home and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform, currently in its waitlist phase, is set to launch in 2026. XiteAI operates independently from other AI or technology entities.

2. Attribution Requirements

When utilizing the Platform to create text, code, or other outputs, users must credit XiteAI by including one of the following statements in a clear and visible manner where the content is shared or published:

• Built with XiteAI
• Enabled by XiteAI
• Produced by XiteAI

This requirement applies across all subscription tiers. Refer to our documentation for further details.

3. Media and Public Relations

Prior approval is required before referencing XiteAI in media or press materials. Please reach out to us at incxiteai@gmail.com. When mentioning XiteAI, describe us as an innovator in AI-driven solutions, enabling creators to enhance productivity and exploration.

4. Brand Asset Usage

“Brand Assets” encompass XiteAI’s names, logos, and other identifiers associated with our Platform. By using our Brand Assets, you recognize XiteAI’s ownership and agree to the following conditions:

Allowed Uses:

• Refer to XiteAI or our Platform in an accurate manner.
• Comply with this Brand Identity guide and our Terms of Service.
• Adjust your use of Brand Assets as requested by XiteAI following review.

Restricted Uses:

• Implying any affiliation or endorsement by XiteAI that does not exist.
• Incorporating Brand Assets into app names, domain names, or non-XiteAI products.
• Blending Brand Assets with other branding to create a new composite mark.
• Attempting to register, trademark, or sublicense our Brand Assets.

While XiteAI may permit others to use our Brand Assets under specific agreements, you are not authorized to do so. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to use our Brand Assets at any time, requiring immediate discontinuation.

5. Logo Guidelines

XiteAI logos must be used exactly as provided, without any modifications, in line with the Brand Asset Usage conditions outlined above.

6. Compliance with Policies

Use of our Brand Assets must conform to our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service. Non-compliance may lead to suspension of Platform access.
