1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs all use of XiteAI’s website, mobile apps, waitlist, and AI services (the “Service”). By using XiteAI you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

2. You Must Not Use XiteAI To

• Violate any law (local, national, or international)
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
• Violate privacy or publicity rights
• Create, distribute, or promote child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate content
• Provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without proper licensing and human oversight
• Engage in fraud, phishing, spamming, defamation, or scams
• Incite violence, hatred, terrorism, or self-harm
• Develop weapons, explosives, or other dangerous materials
• Conduct cyberattacks, malware distribution, or unauthorized access attempts
• Bypass safety filters, rate limits, or monitoring systems
• Scrape, resell, or build competing services using XiteAI outputs
• Represent AI-generated content as human-created without clear attribution to XiteAI

3. Attribution Requirement

Whenever you publicly share content created with XiteAI, you must clearly credit us (e.g., “Built with XiteAI”, “Powered by XiteAI”).

4. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may review inputs/outputs (automated or limited human review) to enforce this policy. Serious violations, especially child safety issues, will be reported to authorities.

5. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to abuse@xiteai.com

6. Appeals

If your access is restricted, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing appeals@xiteai.com
