• Harmful Activities:

• Service Misuse:

You are accountable for all inputs and outputs (“User Content”) generated via the Service. Ensure User Content:

• Conforms to this AUP, our Terms of Service, and all relevant laws.
• Respects the rights of others and avoids causing harm.
• Is credited to XiteAI when shared, per our Brand Guidelines.

User data is stored securely with minimal retention by XiteAI, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Third-party providers may impose additional terms.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor usage through automated tools or limited human oversight to ensure compliance. Violations may result in:
